i don't think complaining will accomplish anything...maybe you can ask for the numbers not to be posted if they are way off from your son's norm.
So, did your son get to do what PBR said they would provide with reasonable expectations? If they did, then you are SOL. If they didn't then I think you should call them and discuss the matter to see what can be done. Simple as that. Most quality organizations will make it right if they did not provide something that they said they would provide.

Vaguely recall this thread — I think the kid went to a showcase, maybe got fewer throws than expected (totally not positive on that bit) and was significantly off what the dad has seen him do previously, so they were asking PBR to withhold his speeds and so forth. Not sure if he also asked for a credit or other accomodation.
