I'm interested in an upcoming PBR Unsigned Seniors event in Houston, and have a dumb question: Do coaches attend these events, and if so how do I find out who is going? Or is it more about measurables and intro to PBR?

Coaches do go to those events. One was just held in DFW so, if I were you, I would contact Texas PBR guy and find out what coaches were there. I would imagine it was primarily JuCo coaches.
Find out if they are streaming it? NCAA Dead Period so I wouldn't expect much if anyone - in person....

GA PBR just held their Upperclass Games here at PBR on Sunday. A few JUCO and D2/3 coaches there. Didn’t check to see if it was being streamed on PlaySight. But the footage you can shoot yourself may be useful.
