No because he didn't throw a perfect game in the books. How many times has a pitcher thrown a 1 hitter and had that guy struck out but didn't get the call? The scenarios are endless.
If everyone handled this situation with the same amount of class as the pitcher has this conversation would be over. Things happen. Life is not always fair. Sometimes by not getting want you want you end up with something much better. I believe Gallaraga has done just that.

The way this Galarraga kid throws, he's got as good a chance as any to get another change at perfection in his career! Both parties handled this situation better than one would expect.
This is a lesson in how to handle adversity. Should be an example to all.
No need to reverse the call. Because everyone know it's a perfect game now, we got video to prove it. This game is more memorable because of the missed call.
