Does anyone have past experience with the PG Academic Showcase? We are consiering the JUne '06 event.

I went last year and it was a great experience. A player needs certain credentials to get in suchs as a GPA above 3.5, SAT score about 1100 (on the old one) etc.

It is an excellent program. This year will be the third year they run it. My son went to the first one between junior and senior year. It was a great experience with alot of college coaches attending. You also should check out the Honor roll showcase from Headfirst at http://www.Headfirst.com. They run two programs. One up north and the other in Jupiter, Fl in Nov. The one up north I believe is done in Aug. Sept. or OCT.
