July 21, 2007

Frozen Ropes, the world leaders in baseball and softball instruction with
locations across the U.S, Canada and Europe are pleased to announce a
strategic partnership with Perfect Game, an Iowa-based company that has
long been recognized as the top Showcase and tournament hosts in the
baseball industry.

Frozen Ropes will be offering motion analysis to all Perfect Game
participants at selected showcases and tournaments and will also offer
instructional programs on site at selected Perfect Game venues. Perfect Game
players will be entitled to a pre-event evaluation at a Frozen Ropes
location and with follow-up instruction after the event.

New York Mets pitching Coach Rick Peterson will oversee the pitching video
analysis and follow-up throwing and pitching recommendations offered to all
Perfect Game players. Howard Johnson, the former Major League All-star and
current hitting coach for the New York Mets will oversee the hitting video
analysis. ZFLO, the motion analysis system that will be used at Perfect
Game events will be the first video capture system to combine analysis with
specific skill and conditioning recommendations based on a comparison with
the professional players that have also been analyzed.

About Perfect Game USA: Perfect Game USA is devoted to furthering the
development and career of the talented high school baseball player. To that
end, Perfect Game USA produces the very highest national level individual
player showcases and team tournaments all over the United States. These
events have proved invaluable to the college coaching community and major
league baseball as they can scout a large population of talented ball
players all in one location.

In the past five years 3,081 players who attended Perfect Game events have
been selected/drafted by Major League clubs. The numbers on this page might
be amazing to some people. Major League Scouting Departments and top College
Programs caught on several years ago. Perfect Game has more talented players
attend their events than all other organizations.

The number of Perfect Game participants who play at the college level is
much, much larger than the draft totals. In the 2004 NCAA DI College World
Series, the 8 team rosters included 155 former PG participants. The number
was even higher at the 2005 College World Series. Many of the top college
programs in the country have nearly all former PG participants on their
rosters. Perfect Game also has many players who are continuing their
baseball careers at Junior Colleges and other Small Colleges.
