It takes a large amount of skill to be a good and respected batting practice pitcher

52 years old and can still throw consistently at 80...for strikes. thats impressive.

When Paul LoDuca threw BP to David Wright for the first time in the Home Run Durby, I think he got more high fives than David did for his great first round.

I have a good friend, a retired coach in his late 60's, who still throws 70 plus games of BP for a local Double AA Minor league team--he is the only one they will use---
