Your question was of interest. I really didn't know how our people handled the requests for Junior National. So I went and found out.
An email is sent out, requesting more information and listing other events appropriate for top players.
In some cases when our people are still considering a player we know, that email does not go out right away. That is caused by roster and player limits for that event. It is a great event, but not a large number of players. Sometimes it gets down to filling certain positions.
If a player receives no response, it means someone in the office made a mistake.
