I know a few people who participated in the PG National Showcase this past June. I asked them all, out of curiosity, how they went. They all said "I dunno, an invite came in the mail so I went." How do these people get the invites? The particular players I am talking about aren't considered the top guys in the nation, nor were they probably even considered for the Aflac game, etc., though they are the best in our area and are definite D-1 prospects. Is there any criteria or does PG send it out depending on if they know you, etc. Thanks.
