Son recieved an invite to this showcase scheduled for June at Ft. Meyers. He is a 2010 player. Do you recommend this showcase for a freshman or should he skip it and play regular baseball with his travel team this year?

He is too young for a showcase to matter. If he wants to experience a showcase, go local so he can get his feet wet. But that is a lot of time and money for no real gain. JMO
