PG top prospect shocases

What are the PG top prospect showcases? I looked at the PG scheduele and I see South Top Prospect, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and West showcases. I am assuming that these are invite only showcases but I'm not sure. If these are invite only shocases how do they compare to the National showcase?

Until Mr. Ford can reply, I can tell you what I believe to be true: The National is the BIG DADDY of all of them and is very strict invite-only. The Top Prospect regional events MAY be open to self-invites. It looks like a couple of TP events scheduled thus far have an INVITE link which means you can fill out a form and 'sell' yourself. If you make the grade, you may get an invite. That's all IMHO and I'm sure PGStaff will reply at some point.
