MSL Players are to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
Each team has a set time to complete the MJP testing. We will need each teams coach to be present at the training so we can ensure that the training runs smoothly. Game times have changed for this Sunday due to the testing. Please have players review the new game times. The game locations have not changed.
Waiver-Release Form – Each MSL player must fill out the attached form to participate in the MJP training.
In the case of Rain – We will continue with the testing at the MJPC at Craig Ranch. We will do our very best to try and test for phase 2 of testing if we can get on the Craig Ranch fields this Sunday. If we can not do phase 2 of testing on 9/29, then we will complete the testing at Craig Ranch on 10/6. Navarro teams this weekend do not need to worry about phase 2 testing this week, we will complete that on 10/6.
Pitcher Only – The testing is optional for Pitcher only players. If they do not wish to participate, then report to your field on Sunday at the time that is listed on the spreadsheet.
All players will have the opportunity to participate in the following tests at MJPC:
1. 60’s with 30 yard split
2. 5-10-5 agility test
3. Rotational power ball toss
4. Vertical leap
5. SPARQulation – with support from Nike each athlete will receive SPARQ baseball rating.
