We (Saint Michael's College) played them waaaay back in 2001 I believe on the way home from a road trip in Maryland. It was a random scheduling by my coach as we needed a team to fill a spot on our schedule. At the time, in full disclosure, they were in shambles. I remember the Coach being a super nice person and I remember the entire team was a class act even in defeat. The field was covered in goose droppings (to the point we almost needed an alternate location) and it was (at the time--I am not speaking for the current state of the program) a sub par high school-ish field. We beat them something like 27-2 and then they had to forfeit the second game. Their Coach was a class act though and sent a letter to our Athletic Dept apologizing for the conditions and for the state of his team from what i remember. If that same guy is running the ship--I can only imagine he's improved things drastically. It was a tiny/nice/quaint little campus in the woods and the field ran alongside a major hwy from what I remember. Good luck! I was never one to completely judge a program by the state of their field as I know how hard/tight most D2/D3 Northeast baseball budgets are.
