Mike Melillo, a senior catcher from the Elon Unviersity baseball program, has spearheaded an effort to raise funds for Haitian Relief.

He is asking that each NCAA baseball player dontate at least a buck to the Red Cross to show collegiate baseball's support of the recent disaster.

This is a nice thing this kid is doing, we should all spread the word to the college guys. I personally would like to invite the JC guys - heck, any baseball fan for that matter to participate too.
