Besides just having - fastball, curve, slider, changeup, 02 off, how do you signal the following?

02 off plate, pitch out, pick off. How do you tell the catcher/pitcher pickoff to a certain base and fields know it is coming? Usually the catcher can do some sort of chest signal that should tell the infielders if a pickoff is coming.
