My last 3 responses have been this set of excercises to help pitchers. It's a great way to strengthen your arm, shoulder, back and rotator cuff. If you don't already do this it is a for sure must..it's my favorite thing to do and it has helped me so much. Also it can give you more velocity and greatly reduce injury (even the big leagues use this, so my PT said).

That is the greatest video that has been offered here for serious "players" that I can remember in the areas you mentioned.

Thank you for caring enough to post URL site.

Have it on my favs and will send it along when need be.

That program is exactly was I meant when dicussing N/S/E/W rubber tubing exercises. A+++++

TP's right but be very careful and
" GRADUALLY "
Work your way up beginning with lighter weights and remember to use slow deliberate movements when using theraban and don't snatch tubing because will cause undo stress on ball and socket joint of shoulder capsule.

Would also not recommend any weight heavier than 2lb weight and depend more on the different tube strengths in progression of increasing resistance. Only the very advanced player will ever even consider using weights in combination with theraban and really don't recommend it for HS players. The strongest strength tube should be enough without having to strain which can be dangerous...
