Dick Schoonover is our special guest providing a unique style of workout to young pitchers. This guy is unbelieveable. In his 70's he is coaching Cape Cod Teams to their best ERA's every year. Several Major League pitchers use him to tweak their game throughout the year. The bottom line, players and coaches a like benefit from his approach and style of pitching workouts.
