I am a jr in high school (6' 189). I have been working out hard over the summer, and right now my fastball is at 83-84. I hope to get it up to about 86-87 mph. Anyway I can do that, other than long toss or lifting. Any tricks, like more torgue in the hips, or anything like that. Thanks for the help.

Pitching mechanics are very important and slight changes can result in an increase in velocity. "Torgue" is just one aspect, but unless you have clips of your pitching you can post it would be difficult for anyone to give you suggestions over the internet. All I can do is suggest that you talk with an experienced pitching coach in your area. Like TRhit says, there are no magic bullets out there.
