Are most High school teams going with a 2 man rotion the entire season?

Depends entirely on how many games per week you play.
We average 2/week so we use a 2 man starting rotation. When we have 3 games in a week, the #1 reliever/closer picks up that start.

How many games is the key. We played six games last week and will get in six this week as well. Obviously, a two man rotation wouldn't do it. We have 4 starters, 2 closers, and a couple of relievers. One closer and one starter are also position players - the rest are pitchers only. We operate on a 4-day rotation. We have also a couple of developing JV pitchers that could be pulled up if needed.
