Spend two (2)hours staying within your own style, but learning to pitch with a less stressful and more efficient Pitching Motion.
Coach Thurston knowledge of pitching has been awarded by Dr. Andrews (Tommy John Surgery Fame) for his contributions to Sports Medicine.
Coach Thurston will take each pitcher through 1) dry work, 2) flat ground, 3) minor mechanical adjustments, 4) throwing from the set position, 5) the fast ball, change, curve, and 6) control drills.
