Has anybody heard of a pitching clinic run by Tom House in Joliet. Is this just a pitching clinic for instruction or is it a showcase type thing? I have no idea.

I know Tom House is in Charleston tommorow puting on an instructional clinic. My son's team is going.

Goose, I think the clinic is all three days that weekend. Friday thru Sunday. Tom House is the best pitching coach around. Anyone that can get signed up for this clinic that's a quality pitcher sign up!
Tom House instructed an awesome clinic at Play Ball USA back in November. Some people have questioned House's method's. I don't understand why, he's one of the best pitching coaches in the business. My son has two solid pitching coaches at Fox Valley Sports Academy as well. Good pitching coaches are tough to find. House is one of the best around.
Most of those that question House either don't understand him, are jealous of his success and status, and/or can't find ways to combat the insane amount of research and science behind his work--so they knock the guy. Having met Tom a number of times, I am ALWAYS impressed by his willingness to talk pitching with ANYone, working at any level. In addition, Tom is a genuinely personable and fun guy.
Coaches in any area of any sport could take a cue from the tremendous amount of effort and passion Tom puts into his work. Greatest thing I can say about Tom is that I have never seen him "bigtime" anyone--would that that could be said for a myriad of other coaches whose credentials and passion don't begin to rival Tom's.

Tom House is a solid coach. I'm sure many people are just jealous of the success he's achieved. I highly suggest any clinic he teaches.
Where in Joliet is the clinic? How would one sign up for it?
As an aside, Playball USA has had a number of worthwhile clinics for both baseball and softball. I'm very impressed with their organization.

The clinic is actually at Reed Custer high school south of joliet, and you can call Doug Bedinger of Bedinger's Bullpen in joliet, (815)741-1800, He is an NPA certified instructor and helped put this clinic on.
For those of you who think Tom House is a waste of money, I'm putting on a clinic in my garage next weekend. PM me for details, but remember anything worthwhile will cost you.
