I'm not an expert or anything but you need to go to a doctor of some type. Discomfort is one thing that a lot of times can be worked through, but pain is a whole different story. I had elbow problems too and was lucky enough to get help from a doctor before it got serious, so I recommend you do the same. Hope it gets better and good luck.

hey buddy,

thats been a problem for me for about 2-3 years now. . .ive been in and out of phys. therapy and specialists and they told me to use a muscle rub and then ice about 20 minutes after. they said it lets the blood vessels open up and repair the tendons and all. another thing is mechanics--that is perhapos the biggest issue. . .it was a problem with me. i strongly recommend going to a specialsts not a "regular doctor"--they wont analyze the problem; their solution is take painkillers and take 2-3 weeks off

good luck
