My pitching coach has a chart he uses--not sure if it is on the market or if he devised it--I will check with him and let you know

Google it...I found quite a few good ones this way.
If you are looking for a whole program , this one's pretty good:The Pitching Chart System. Or, you can just buy their replacement pack of game charts.
I have a niftly little excel spreadsheet, but I really didn't get to use it last year. Not enough coaches, and hard to be that focused to chart every pitch.
all I can do is when I keep the main book (or have someone else do it), I use numbers for ball/strikes, so I know which pitch was which.
