You make do with what you got. Yes if that is your only choice. You should mix in live ABs. Many facilities offer live ABs now.
Ever notice most BP is thrown from in front of the mound? There’s your answer. The big issue with hitting off machines is using your natural swing versus timing the pitch and over swinging.
