Those are some colorful cleats Big Grin
If you have a pitching coach I'd say stick with him. He can pay close attention to what you are doing and knows you, your arm and body a bunch more than we ever will. I think for your age you look strong, I'd like to see you throwing off of a mound to see how your timing is..It looks a little off in the grass here..but it's only 2 pitches. I would ask the coach if he thinks all you are going to do is relieve...why, because if you are a starter you will be asked to wind up...you need repeatable mechanics in the wind up also.
But I'd like to see more of what you have so bring it on..maybe someone else can catch something and help also.
Agree with Jd on this one.

Find a good coach and stick work with him. Per other advice I have given you - get input from your HS coach as he frankly is going to going to control your fate. (as well as your ability and hard work)

No offense to my friends here at HSBBW as there is lots of valuable information on this site, but you are going to get so much conflicting opinions on posted videos that you it will not be of much benefit.

Good Luck!

I beg to differ. I think getting conflicting information forces you to think and ask questions or do your own research. In other words, it's part of the learning process.

Roger you are right if you have the capability of understanding the conflicting information. In many cases HS kids who have not had a serious coaching don't really have a basis for understanding what is right and wrong. All you have to do is go search through this site and more than half of what is posted in BS, so in this particular case this pitcher should work on the fundamentals and not waste his time getting conflicting information as he is confused enough as it is.
