PITCHERS
Each pitcher will be given a specific time slot in order to be prepared to perform at his very best. Pitchers are expected to arrive 1 hour before their specified time for stretching and working with the Elite Baseball pitching staff. The workout will consist of light conditioning to get blood circulating, long-toss to loosen the throwing arm, ground work to ensure proper mechanics and stretching to ensure that you are loose before taking the mound.

CATCHERS
Catchers are free but will be limited to the first 15 registrants. Catchers will rotate after each pitcher to ensure that they are well rested. Each catcher will be given the opportunity to record their pop- time and showcase their hitting skills during a batting practice round.
