ive run out of ideas, no coaches ive been around or players have any idea about mechanics and my velocity is just not returning after my ankle problem.
so im going to try andvideo a bullpen tomorrow from all different angles and then possibly submit it to pitchingsolutions.com and see what they say, anyone know if this is a good source? and would anyone else be willing to critique?
