Plainview Red Sox

Does anyone have any information on a team Plainview or Plainedge Red Sox from the NY/NJ area. I don't know if they exist any more, but my uncle said they were around 5-10 years ago when he played. He said they were like the original Bayside team. Wondering what happened to them?
