playball, your ads are getting annoying. Please stop-
redbird5

This isnt an ad, Mike Toomey is the best hitting instructor in this region. If you said that you have met him before you would know what I mean. Anyways we are not a big business that has our own facility, we travel around and do clinics and lessons around this region(free and for little profit). I am letting people know about of services that can really help thier child. We are not like this other people on here who say that they have had major league experience or are scouts. We have real scouts and people who honestly have played on the major league level and that are great teachers. That is our goal, is to teach the game how it is supose to be taught. Not just to make a buck. I dont see any problem with us posting our clinics and camps. If you would stop by one of them you would understand that we really care for the people we instruct.

Play Ball,

I know you care about your instructees. I know you have good people associated with your company. That does not change the policies of this message board.

When you spam a message board with "visit us at playball.com" (or something similar), it does not help the topic starter or any respondents. Again, if you would like to advertise on this site, let me or any of the other moderators know and we can direct you on how to do so.

If you have something to add to a topic, please do so.
ok, well if we cant posts my clinics and showcases then nobody should right? I think I am doing a great service for parents and players to let them know what is going on in thier area. If anyone has worked out with any of our instructors they would think that we are a service to all players in the washington area.

And I have tried to do advertising on this site. Never got a response. Maybe they should make a discussion for camps and clinics.
At the top of page one are two special forums---one for announcements and another for showcases and tournaments---camps/clinics should be posted there--that is what those forums are for--it costs you nothing to post it there

The problem arises when the scattergun approach is used and the same post appears in about 12 forums

Nobody is knocking your event, it is a good one, but it is the approach being used

Happy New Year
