I'm not sure how Cerbo operates. Give them a call. If you place your name in "looking for a team" on ECTB you will probably be contacted. Even though ECTB is based in PA, there are several NJ teams.

I manage a 17/16u team during the summer. We are run out of a facility in Westchester County, NY. I'm currently putting together a roster for the 2008 season. We play about a 45-50 game schedule and attend several tournaments.
