Player/Parent Contracts

I know ther are a few coaches here that have mentioned that they use a player contract. Some even use a parent contract. I have used them to let parents and players know what is expected.

I thought it would be a good discussion and I would also like to copy yours if you want to PM it to me.

That type of contract is essentially signed under duress and therefore not worth the paper it is printed on as far as binding the players or parents to anything. I'm not a lawyer so maybe some of our lawyer members can comment.

It is evidence that they have been shown the rules.
