Players in June Draft

I had a post earlier in the week asking of players. I have some names in my head, but wanted to hear what others had to say. I got nothing from them. SO ill try this out...

Ayers- Hear good things 6'5 and throwing 90...
Chiemelewski- 90+ with slider (not sure)
Crosby- Heard good things
Blair- Wicked fastball w/ good secondary
Scarpetta- big boy with good stuff
Smolinski- can flat out hit
Recchia- 90+ with nasty curve
Zawacki- 90+ with good change and curve

McMurray as well

Thats a pretty good group. I would think about adding TJ McFarland(LHP STAGG HS) to the list.

He is really turnig heads. FB hitting 91 , CB, dirty, and he throws nothing but strikes.

John Flanagan (Belleville West) might be someone that would draw some attention.

Kyle Kaminska(naper Central) and Mike Kaczmarek (Andrew HS ), interest level is good.

I think Rich Ruff from Norte Dame and Cameron McConnell from Deerfield will get picked. They're both strong armed catchers.

Today's issue of Baseball America has their top 200 players, both college and HS listed for the upcoming draft.

Casey Crosby is ranked #43. Expected to go in the sandwich round.

John Ely #76. Miami of Ohio

Cody Scarpetta #120

Jake Smolinski #160

Seth Blair #187

I hope we see many more names of worthy Illinois players read before this draft is over.
