PlayersDad, I'm sorry my West Rebels didn't give you a better game tonight. The coach is trying to give some pitchers game experience while resting some of the regular arms. We served up some easy batting practice for you tonight. Credit to the Tornadoes, though. They took advantage and swung the bat aggressively.

Good luck the rest of the way.

Biz: I was pleasantly surprised when I called the wife to get the score. I was hoping y'all would be out of pitchers. Wink We will not be playing tonight due to a school banquet. However we are playing Bearden at Bearden at 9:00 am on Saturday. Immediately after that game we go to Oak Ridge and play as soon as we can get there. I'll be hanging around the fence somewhere wearing my old Thunder cap. Hope to see you there if y'all are playing at that time.

I found out later that the coach had though about starting Adam. I'm just as glad he didn't, since he'd pitched two innings Wed. and 3 innings Thur. He'll get a few innings this weekend because he's not pitching again until mid-week.

We don't play until 3 Saturday, but maybe you'll still be around when we get there. I'll look you up.
