My son recently received an invitation to 2 Impact Baseball Showcases. One is June 6-7 at Duke University and the other is June 27-28 at South Carolina. I know of and respect Impact Baseball so I'm assuming they are good showcases. The real question I have is, how much exposure for the players will be there? That is, will there be numerous scouts and college coaches attending these events? Is one of these 2 specific showcases any better than the other in terms of exposure? Should my son go to both showcases? Thank you for your help...

Go to the North Carolina Showcase. They always have excellent college participation at their showcases, but the one at USC will be predominately South Carolina Colleges and Universities.

There are just more baseball playing colleges in North Carolina. It's in state so it's easy travel for the colleges (for the most part) so it have better NC college attendance and be better exposure.
We have the same dilemma, but as most schools in the Commonwealth aren't out until mid-June, the Monday and Tuesday schedule means going to Duke is two days out of school. I did learn the at USC last year, there was a good number of schools, D-1, 2, and 3. Geographically, Duke is a shorter trip for a larger number of coaches to be sure.
Hands down one of the best for the buck $
