Your mechanics are OK, maybe you move too much your head (look at the target a little more), but I love your dog, is amazing!

The first thing that jumped out to me is that there isn't any follow through. It looks like you're just slinging the ball.

Unlike Racab, I see a lot of small mechanical issues that add. Seek a professional trainer in your area if you really want to be a pitcher.

Looks to me that you are taking a long time to get the bat in motion. You may be late quite often or a dead pull hitter.

That may be because you are holding the bat too close in the load.

Once you get the bat moving, it zooms, but you are not looking at the contact point. Look at the ball through contact.

When your pitching it looks like you need to pick up your target sooner and follow thru more to the plate than falling off to the side.IMO.

You seem like a dedicated young man. On the pitching side, I agree with The Beast. You're off-balance and not following through. My son's coach tells him to "reach for the grass." Good luck to you.
