You are right about that! Coming back from that injury, I didn't think he would just pick up where he left off or at least not so quickly. He can hit for any position, but as a catcher he's extremely valuable offensively.

Taking into account his defensive responsibilities/performance, his importance to a pennant-contending team should make this a no-brainer, but of course I am biased!
