On weekend double headers I eat a medium sized breakfast about 3 hours before game time. I usually eat some eggs, briskets and gravy, cereal, and a piece of fruit. I usually drink a small cup of milk and juice, although if I did not sleep well the night before coffee can be a life-saver.

Between double headers I usually have a banana, apple juice, bagel, and Rice Krispy treat handy to snack on.
