Plano v. Plano West - crosstown schools could prove to be interesting, anyone with predictions as far as pitching starters or even who will pull out a win?

Also, Rockwall v. Longview - Rockwall been struggling lately, but has a way of sticking it to some good teams. Pitching predictions or who will get the W?

Travis Moseley will get the win for Rockwall on Tuesday against Longview. We beat them last time with a sophomore, so he should be able to handle them as well.

Would it be wrong to hope for a LD win? Hate to see thier 10 year playoff string die.

Only if I can pull for a Fossil win...I know the head coach... Wink
If Keller goes into Fossil thinking it's a cake walk, then they will lose. Plain and simple.

From top to bottom, there isn't a whole lot of spread in the district.

Take Haltom:

Haltom 1
Grapevine 2

Haltom 6
Richland 5

Haltom 3
Southlake 2

Colleyville 10
Haltom 0

Denton Ryan 6
Haltom 5

Haltom 5
Keller 9

Haltom 5
Grapevine 4

So, Haltom is sitting with a 3 and 5 record and has 2 losses and 3 wins by 1 run.

They could easily be 5-3 and in 2nd place.
I agree completely. The records could be 10-0 and 0-10 and it would still be a great game between Keller and Fossil Ridge. The kids always bring something extra to this one. I think Keller should win the game but they will have to stay sharp to do it. Of course Fossil Ridge would love to knock Keller out of first and any team in 5-5A could be the one to do it. Every game counts when your division came down to a three way tie for first last year. With only two playoff spots somebody very good is going to stay home.
Train:

This bantering is starting to sound more like "planes, trains and automobiles".... I loved the movie but not so sure I am loving this.........

So,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Mr. Train....... let's get back on "track" because I am ever so patiently waiting to hear that one sweet, sweet, word out of your keyboard..........

and that would be SORRY

then maybe we can go back to baseball and away from all of this talk about modes of transporation.....

So are we "all aboard" or what?

Come ride that little train that is rolling down the tracks to the Junction,
Petticoat Junction!
Forget about your cares, it is time to relax at the Junction,
Petticoat Junction!
Lots of curves, you bet, even more when you get to the Junction,
Petticoat Junction

Well, we'll soon be leavin' town
There's old Charley oilin' round
Can she make it up the hill
At least to Hooterville
The pressure's on the rise
Floyd is burning railroad ties
Everybody get inside
Doesn't cost a cent to ride
Come one and come all and we'll take that Cannonball to the Junction,
Petticoat Junction!

That's bad ain't it? , really bad.

FO,

I sure hope you had to look that up and it didn't come from your memory bank!! That's going back ALOT of years right there!!

OP
Nawp, remembered the jingle, but had to look up the details.

And these details caught me, just like OBN.

Can she make it up the hill
At least to Hooterville
The pressure's on the rise
Floyd is burning railroad ties

And, now the memory recalls, and seems like they were always headed to Hooterville for something.

And, I hesitated to post that concerned that I would be the only one on here that was old enough to remember.
