I'm going to agree with AK on "Gone" by Montgomery Gentry. The Braves play it when a homerun gets hit at Turner and I also think it makes a great intro for pitchers who can let it ride for a little before the inning starts.
Try the new CREAM ALBUM, just out--- for you youngsters Clapton and his buddies are back together after nearly 40 years---some great rocking music history in these tracks
CREAM??? wow thats some old stuff, but yet some really good stuff i must say! one of the best!

I personally listen to a lot of hard metal. Like Avenged Sevenfold and Slipknot, I feel I get my head in the right place before I play.
still tippin' always gets the job done I hit to that song last year. i always listen to three6mafia before games and old school DMX

I actually find that I need to calm down instead of get pumped for a game. If I listen to rcok music and get all pumped up, I'll go out and go 0-4 because I have no patience. Therefore, I like to listen to reggae before games. Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, even a little Sean Paul, those guys dominate my MP3 player before games.
Theme Song from St. Elmoes Fire would motivate anybody in pregame warmup.
