Here is a couple of good pre-game IF/OF routines:

1)
-GB to LF, down the LF line, throw to 2B. FB to LF, throw to 2B.
-GB & FB to CF, throw to 3B.
-GB & FB to RF, throw to 3B.

OF's stay in position and back up plays.

-Throw it around, C to 3B to SS to 2B to 1B to C

-All IF's to 6 hole, except 1B. 1 GB to backhand. 1 GB to forehand. 1 slow roller. Then sprint to their IF position.

-IF in, play at the plate.

-Get 1, including Catchers and 1B. On the 1B GBs, have a pitcher cover 1B to practice PFP.

-Turn 2, including Catchers and 1B. On the 1B turns, include a pitcher to cover 1B.

IF stay in position.

- If you have a good catcher, have him throw down 2 or 3 balls to 2B to show off his arm and deter the running game.

-Pop ups to C. With all IF and OF in place, a mis-hit pop up looks like you planned it. IF and OF play it live. 2 tries and you are done.

-All OF's get "1 do or die" GB or FB to home.

The key is the fungo hitter being quick and not waiting for the play to end before he hits another. Also, the players need to know where the ball is going to it stays crisp and intimidating.

2) You could always go with a "Phantom Infield" where there is not a ball but each player acts like there is. It is fun, the kids enjoy it and it kinda freaks out the other team for a second.
Two coaches hitting. Coach one on left side hitting to left and center. Coach two on right hitting to right

C1 – LF to 3B, CF to 2B
C2 – RF to HOME

C1 – LF to Home, CF to 3B
C2 – RF to 2B

C1 – LF to 2B, CF to Home
C2 – RB to 3B

C1 – SS to 2B
C2 – 3B to 1B

C1 – 3B to 2B
C2 – SS to 1B

C1 – 3B and SS to Home
C2 – 2B to 1B

C1 – 2B to SS
C2 – 1B to Home and 3B

outfield:
Round one (2,3,4)
LF ball down line - throws to 2nd
CF ground ball - throw to 3rd
RF Fly ball or ground ball - throw to plate.

Round two (3,4,2)
LF Fly ball - throw to 3rd
CF Fly or ground - throw to plate
RF ground ball down the line - throw to second

Round Three (4,2,3)
RF Fly ball - throw to plate
CF Ball in gap - throw to 2nd
RF Fly ball -throw to 3rd.

This keeps everyone moving and goes fast. We start with some outfield throws prior to this part. After the outfield portion we go to a quick infield routine that I will have to send you as it takes a little to type it up.
Here's our pregame:
We work fast. Starters only. 3 coaches (1 does the routine, 1 hits to IF during OF portion, 1 hits to OF that are waiting)

LF, CF, RF to 2b 3 balls (to their left, to their right and right at them flyball)
RF, CF, LF to 3b 3 balls (corner, gap, fly ball tag sit.)
LF, CF, RF to home 3 balls (all or nothing, regular with cut, Tag with cut)
ALL OF TO CF for flyball reps.

During the Of portion our C is doing throws to 1st like it is a bunt followed by wild pitches and then pick offs. 3b is getting grounders at the same time.

After the OF we go to Multi purpose IF with 2 coaches while 1 hits to OF. All IF is going on simultaneously (2 coaches hitting grounders)
1. 3rd to 1B and 2b feeding SS on DP
2. SS to 1B and 3B to 2B for DP
3. 2B to 1B and SS to 3B ball in hole
4. 1B to 3B and SS to 2B DP feeds

After Multi purpose we do a more traditional IF with 1 coach in IF and 1 in OF. All IF get 1 ball on each step below.
1. home for force IF in
2. home for tag IF in
3. look back go 1 IF in
4. slow roller go 1 IF in
5. regular grounder go 1
6. turn 2
7. regular back-hand go 1
8. home and follow

We usually get this done in 10 minutes even though we are allowed 15. The key is to set a fast tempo so they break a sweat and feel some pressure. Lots of reps in a short period of time with no standing around, that's our goal for every drill we do.
