I have the DVD and think it is a very informative DVD. Many of the drills are "think outside the box" drills that can really help certain hitters that have a flaw that can be identified. If you saw his 40 hitting drills and liked it, you will definitely like this one.

I have to say that I enjoy all of Coach Cohens DVDs and I have also seen him speak at a couple of clinics.
