- 7:00 PM – 7:15 PM – Speed & Agility Training with Austin Wasserman (my business partner and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist)
- 7:15 PM – 7:45 PM – Long Toss Protocol – Same protocol used in AB’s Arm Strength Program
- 7:45 PM – 8:30 PM – Skill Work at Positions with AB Staff and Parent Volunteers – TONS OF REPS!!!

I try to be careful about posting program related stuff, but this is a great opportunity for Northeast kids. I wish I had it back in my days at Alvirne, I know that much! Taking ground balls and fly balls on a gym floor just isn't the same... and the long toss and arm care part of this is going to be huge for building arm strength.
