What's the best way to get in touch with a local scout to evaluate a player's performance? Is there a listing and contact information for them some where? I'm planning to contact the Major League Scouting Bureau but thought I'd try here too.

If you go to MLB.com you can get the list of contacts for each team....
and there is a link for specific questions regarding scouting.

Look on the left menu.......
