The Pre-Draft Showcase is great for exposure. I believe that most, if not all, the MLB Teams had a representative the year my son went. Just make sure your son is 100% if you go.

Be sure to visit Norway, Iowa, where the HS that the story "The Final Season" depicts is located. And I believe that the "Field of Dreams" field is nearby as well.

If you are invited and can spare the cash, it is a great experience and great exposure.

Dyersville, Iowa is where Field of Dreams is located. I haven't been there in nearly 20 years but back then it was great to see. Norway had a great tradition for years and produced some phenomenal baseball teams and produced Mike Boddicker.

Pre-Draft camps at showcases normally do have all ML club reps/scouts and directors there, if individually invited by a MLB club for their own workout, they are typically held after the player(s) season is done with as to not expose the player to injury with competition still left to play.
