Anyone have any experience with the "professional" home plates that feature a ground anchor (like bases do)? I've only used bury-all type plates before but am interested in this type and wanted to see if any of you have used professional plates with success.

We have used them at out LL due to the fields being set up to play different levels. They held up fine as long as you didn't leave them in for an extended period of time, meaning, once your game is over pull it out. I believe we are still using our original ones from a few years ago

What does having different levels of play have to do with plate? I’m pretty sure the size of the plate is the same from t-ball to the ML. Just curious as to why it would be changed from level to level.
Sorry, I meant that it was used between travel ball who uses 50/70 and the LL. The plate was popped out for LL games. i have seen the other plated curl if left out all the time
