I am located in Southern California but I am available to travel to your city and bring over 16 years of professional teaching to your area. Stop just throwing and start learning how to pitch Like a professional. A sound Pitching wind up has 5 basic components but many ways of messing up a delivery. Talent is not enough, it has to be mixed with a strong mental foundation.

What are the five basic components of pitching Dee Pee.I always love to learn to love new knowledge about baseball.
1. Rubber Position ( you will be surprised how many kids do not know how to step into balance position)
2. Balance
3. Load, Separation and transfer ( this is the area where a lot of teaching and training is needed to prevent arm overload)
4. Delivery ( release point)
5. Follow Thru (Finish)

Cool thanks for sharing the info.
Dee pee I get what you mean by mental foundation.I have read the book heads up baseball by Tom Hanson and that has really helped me on the mound when I try to throw 5 pitches in one throw. What is your take on the mental foundation of a pitcher.
Dee Pee I am interested in having someone work with my son's slider, 2sfb, and 4sfb. I need someone to see if, when, and how, the ball breaks and possible baseball grips.
