Do you email each coach separately, only the head coach, cc the entire staff, email the head coach and send a separate cc for the staff? I ask because there are some schools he is interested in that are not holding any camps this fall, so he will email to ask if they are attending any other schools camps or showcases. And some schools we are unsure who is the recruiting asst coach. Son is 2020.

For intro emails son would email the whole staff, so the intro to the email would be something like "Dear Coaches Smith, Jones, and Williams." He just figured it would have a better chance of someone reading it.
That said, the most important thing is to have something in the subject line that will catch their attention -- maybe the name of the travel team or high school program if it will be known to the coaches, or some eye-catching metric (e.g., "John Smith, 2020 LHP, 90 MPH" -- anything that would cause them to read the email (and watch the videos that you include) is what you're looking for. Of course, it has to be true, too.

Everything that 2019DAD said, but I would also include your son's academic information and a sentence or two on why he is interest in that school. In addition, I would recommend that your son takes the SAT/ACT as soon as he can (and still get a good score).
