I know the pitchers are all over the spectrum but with the quality level of competition in the PSAC what do weekend starters typically show as a fball velocity.  My assumption is that these pitchers are high quality but may not have quite the velo of the biggest D1 programs or 3 solid pitches.  Would love to hear from those who know!

Best pitching staffs in the PSAC?  Average velocity at this level?

Sons team , who went to the d2 World Series had 6 pitchers who threw over 90 at their pro day last fall.  Of course hitting 90+ in showcase setting and cruising at 90 and above are two different animals.

Most teams in Psac are fortunate to have 1-2 at that velocity. Millersville had two top of line starters in miller and Murphy , ( murphy got drafted ) that both threw in low 90's.

Cox from Gannon that got drafted was low 90's.

more important than velocity is pounding the strike zone, changing speeds and locations. If you don't have three pitches for strikes in the Psac , mid 80's will get lit up...those boys can hit.
