To the right of the webpage is a box with info. about finding schools in your area that are giving the PSAT/NMSQT.
The webpage says to contact your h.s. counselor or principal to find out about registering for the test.
Some students may choose to take the test as a Sophomore for practice. It's taking the test Junior year that gives the student the chance to enter the NMSC scholarship competition and entry depends upon their test score (for only the test taken the Junior year) . Each state has a cutoff score.
