The past couple of weeks we've been discussing mainly long toss, the athletic pitcher program, and weighted balls. I have a friend who just recently gave me the Rocket Arm. I started using it, ofcourse after reading the directions, watching the dvd etc. Is it affective? And how does it compare to the other programs?
If it makes a difference, Im a recently turned 15yr old lefty who throws in the low-mid 80's, and I know I need A LOT of work with mechanics (as talked about in a post not so long ago.
Thank you.

The Rocket Arm is the most overpriced aid on the market. You can buy a pulley and some rope at Home Depot, hang them from any overhead beam, attach one end of the rope to a can of paint from your garage and do the same exercises for about $10.

Most health clubs also have pulley machines that work the same muscles, so if you have a family membership this is a completely unnecessary purchase.
