Question about phone calls

Riot, I could be wrong, but I doubt that these phone calls are being driven by the baseball coaches. Especially in these tough economic times, college admission staffs are having to go the extra mile to "recruit" students to their schools.

I would encourage you to contact the baseball coaches at these schools and let them know of your interest. Their response -- or lack thereof -- will hopefully give you an idea of whether they want you to play for them.

Okay. Thank you. Like I said, I talked to one of the coaches before hand and they are interested in me so I didn't know if that may have fueled it but I will definitely email the other coach.

In most cases this type of attention is driven by the students academic excellence not the baseball coach---in most cases the baseball department won't even know who the kid is
